Board of Directors
It's standard practice for the Board of Directors of a Metro District for a master-planned community like The Aurora Highlands to be led by the development team. That's because the Board has the responsibility of ensuring the overarching vision for this amenity-rich community becomes a reality. And it's the development team that made a multimillion dollar investment to build roads, install sewer and water infrastructure, and ensure electricity before construction could begin. This community is still in the very early stages of buildout, but over time, as the neighborhood matures, residents will have the opportunity to serve on the CAB Board.
Matt is a full-time employee whose primary responsibility is to oversee the 4,000-acres of this master-planned community.
