Aurora Highlands Community!
A unique mixed-use community spanning 4,000 acres between the mountains and the plains of Colorado.
The CAB is the governing body formed to own, operate, manage and maintain the various properties and common areas throughout the community.
Made up of a Board of Directors and with the help of a third-party management company, we provide services to the residents who call Aurora Highlands home.
